Over the past 160 years, Beloit College has evolved from a single building-with the venerable Middle College set amidst enigmatic Indian mounds–to a modern 20th century residential, education, and research center. Now, with a dynamic campus master plan that visualizes the next quarter century for Beloit, we must set the foundation for a 21st century campus with plans for building and renovation totaling $50,000,000.
- An environmentally conceived Center for the Sciences will build on our reputation for curricular design, reflect our commitment for cutting-edge science education, and prepare a new generation of scientists and scientifically literate citizens.
- A Center for Languages and Literatures will enhance our reputation for literary understanding, writing, and language studies in facilities that will accommodate growing demands in contemporary teaching settings.
- Athletic facilities to accommodate both intercollegiate sports and the recreational needs of Beloit students must be relocated, rebuilt, and rejuvenated to keep the co-curricular promise of a modern residential college.
- An improved campus as outlined on the Campus Master Plan.
